At Crying in Linen, every piece is handmade in small batches using carefully sourced recycled textiles. Because of the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

However, your experience matters deeply to us.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in fabric, stitching, or color
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale items

Each piece is handmade and one of a kind, which means slight imperfections and fabric variations are part of the character of the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at cryinginlinen@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund in certain cases

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lost Packages

Crying in Linen is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit once shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
