Shipping Locations
Crying in Linen currently ships within Canada only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Because each item is handmade, processing times may vary during busy periods, collection launches, or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times within Canada:
- 2–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volume periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Crying in Linen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Crying in Linen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the packaging and item
- A brief description of the issue
