Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Vintage and reclaimed materials may naturally contain subtle imperfections
  • Each item is unique and may differ slightly from product photos

These variations are considered part of the character and individuality of each piece, not defects.


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.


4. Shipping

Processing times may vary due to the handmade nature of our products.

Once an order has been shipped, Crying in Linen is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Customs or import fees for international orders

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in handmade items
  • Incorrect sizing or expectations based on product photos
  • Sale or custom items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at cryinginlinen@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Approved cases may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
